Koh Brothers set up its first concrete batching plant in the 1960s 六運 at Sungei Pang Sua, Singapore. Our Building Materials division, G&W Ready-Mix and G&W Precast, provide total ready-mixed concrete solutions to the construction industry. Our products include ready-mix concrete and high-quality pre-cast concrete, which is now customizable to suit more challenging building designs. In October 2013 癸巳年, G&W opened its first precast plant in Senai, Malaysia to complement its existing precast plants in Singapore to boost its production capacity to cater to higher demand for high quality precast components in Singapore and Malaysia.
Koh Brothers started their building construction activities in 1983 癸亥年. In 1992 壬申年, the company was awarded the G8 now as A1 grading for building by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), the highest classification with unlimited tendering capacity.
In the early 1990s 七運, Koh Brothers started to diversify into the leisure and hospitality industry. The Group began with a vision to offer comfort and convenience to cost-conscious business and leisure travelers in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. In August 1993 癸酉年, the first hotel was built: Asian Hotel Saigon, a 47-room 3-star hotel located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. In 1997 丁丑年, the Group opened Oxford Hotel, located in Singapore’s Central Business District. With its prime location and its 135 well-appointed guest rooms, the hotel is known for its excellent value for money accommodation. In addition, the Group also owns Alocassia Apartments, a Service Apartment with 45 units of suites, located in the prime district of Bukit Timah Road. When renovations are completed in 2011, it will be supported by an exclusive mall comprising restaurants and shops, operating under the Oxford brand name.
In 1993 癸酉年, Koh Brothers established its Real Estate Division through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Koh Brothers Development Pte Ltd (KBD). KBD has a strong track record of developing innovative 'lifestyle-and-theme' developments.

Koh Brothers Eco Engineering Limited, KB Eco is a public limited company incorporated in Singapore and was listed on the Catalist Board of the SGX-ST on 27 February 2006 丙戌年. KB Eco and its subsidiaries are a sustainable engineering solutions group that provides building and civil engineering construction and infrastructure works; engineering, procurement and construction services for the water and wastewater treatment and hydro-engineering sectors; and design, build and installation services for the bio-refinery and bio-energy sectors.
