If you have a choice of bedrooms, select the one that is located in your most auspicious location. This means it should be the bedroom in the corner of the building corresponding to your best direction. At least, get a bedroom in the part of the building that corresponds to one of your other right directions. If this, too, is not possible, there is no need to fret. No one can get everything perfect. What you must have, however, is a bed that is positioned in such a way that your head is point towards one of your best directions. It is essential that, while you sleep, divine auspicious energy is flowing into you.
This is a powerful method of enjoying excellent feng shui. If you really cannot tap your auspicious sleeping direction, again try to tap one of your other auspicious directions. Of course, it is much easier to control your sleeping direction since this depends on the simple act of moving your bed until your head is pointed towards the direction that you want. Bed Direction In deciding on your bed direction, you must also make very sure that:
you are not sleeping directly under a beam
you are not ‘hit’ by the edge of a protruding corner
you do not have your feet directly pointed to the main house door
you do not have your head pointed to a toilet
you have a right mattress and pillow so that you don't shift your sleeping position too much.
